▍聽說移工在臺灣工作期間 如果懷孕就會影響工作權, 是眞的嗎?
當然不是!
移工在生育方面享與 臺灣勞工相同權益,雇主依法不可因移工懷 孕要求解約或遣返。
※現行移工健康檢查已全面取消姙娠檢查,雇主不可要求移工進行相關檢查或保證在臺工作期 間不可懷孕。
